Our Patron, The Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams,
was pleased to use oil taken from lamps burning over St Seraphim’s relics. This contributed a wonderful healing presence at the recent Lambeth Conference.
Recently completed and awaiting funding for printing is 'The Conversation' - between St Seraphim and one of his spiritual children, Nicholas Motovilov. This new translation will be published in an illustrated edition, containing newly commissioned work by the Belorussian fine artist, Irina Kotova.
Saints Alive Newsletter Lavra, which is mailed three times a year, features news of our activities in the UK and abroad and a fascinating insight into our work and interests today.
Whilst Lavra is free to all Friends of Saints Alive, it is also available on subscription to others at a cost of £10.00 a year for mailing to the UK or Europe; $25.00 US Dollars for mailing to North America; and £12.00 for the rest of the world. Individual copies cost £2.50 plus postage. Please contact us if you have not been receiving your copies or would like to subscribe.
